Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times vary from 1 - 5 business days, depending on your location and shipping selection. Tracking details will be emailed once the order has been dispatched.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Heavy Shipping (6-25kg)     - 2-5 Business Days: £12.00

Medium Shipping (2-5.9kg) - 2-5 Business Days: £8.00

Light Shipping (0-1.9kg)      - 2-5 Business Days: £6.00

Orders £75 or more             - 2-5 Business Days: Free

DHL Express EU                   - 1-2 Business Days: From £22.00

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Blackford Craft Distillery ships to addresses within the U.K and EU Countries via Inverurie Whisky Shop.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Blackford Craft Distillery​ is not responsible for any customs, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Blackford Craft Distillery​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the E.U.
